TCA9803: Logic High value

Hi,

For doing a DC analysis, can I get the VOH min value for the part TCA9803

    On the A side, the TCA9803 has open-drain outputs, so there is no VOH.

    On the B side, the TCA9803 has current sources. They can drive a valid high-level I²C voltage, but they must no be loaded with more than IEXT-O (200 µA).

    Thanks for reaching out. Clemens is correct in his comments. Note that the output current source on the B-side of this device has a nominal current source value of ICS ≈ 3.3 mA. Check out the Functional Block Diagram in the data sheet for a visual overview of how the device is structured. Figure 13 and Figure 14 show the IEXT-I and IEXT-O considerations that Clemens mentions.
