My customer is looking for alternative device of RTL8201FI.

Key specification is "power consumption" and RTL8201FI's power consumption is around 30mW - 50mW.

This value is from the data of the customer's experiments at 100Mbps.

Do you have a lower power device than RTL8201FI?

Hi Takumi,

The DP83822 is our lowest power 10/100Mbps PHY. You can see the power consumption data in section 10.1 of the datasheet.

With 1.8V AVD and 1.8V VDDIO, MII, Link-Up, 960-ns IPG (100% Utilization), 1514-byte Packets, the power consumption is 126mW. The competitor device numbers seem very low, is this 30-50mW during low power idle?
