I understood that the tight impedance control is better.
Per the "FPD-Channel-Requirements-DS90UH94xA_Rev0p5, impedance control requirements for PCB trace is 100ohm +/- 10% and the one for landing pad and component is 100ohm +/- 20%. Which number is applied for the vias, 10% or 20%?
Additionally, In case of eDP or other high speed signal traces, if I needs to use vias in traces, is the impedance cotrol requirements applied for the vias same as traces?

Vias are part of the PCB Trace, hence 10%.

Yes, your PCB traces including vias should be impedance controlled!
