DS320PR810: PD0/1 Failsafe Modes

Hi Team,

PD0 and PD1 are failsafe input pins so does it mean that there would be no leakage to VCC when Vinput = 3.3V, VCC = 0V? I think this should be correct as these pins have internal pulldown resistors so there should not be a leakage path to VCC. Please let me know if my understanding is correct or not!
