TS3DV642: TS3DV642 HDMI 2.0 D_x to TMDS_x

Part Number: TS3DV642

Hello, I am a bit confused about the HDMI example pinout on page 21 of the datasheet. For all HDMI type A 2.0 and 2.1 connectors which have a pinout in the datasheet I could not find the TMDS3 pin. Further I tried to find a connection between the D_x pins of the TS3DV642 and the TMDS_x pins of the HDMI connector from your EVM User's guide and came to this configuration.
(Used HDMI connector: https://www.mouser.de/ProductDetail/CUI-Devices/HD04-19-TH-TR?qs=A6eO%252BMLsxmSia1%252B4mHEhKQ%3D%3D)

D0+A   TMDS_DATA_2+
D0-A    TMDS_DATA_2-
D1+A   TMDS_DATA_1+
D1-A    TMDS_DATA_1-
D2+A   TMDS_DATA_0+
D2-A    TMDS_DATA0-
D3+A   TMDS_CLOCK+
D3-A    TMDS_CLOCK-

Can you inform me if this configuration is correct or what I should change.

As you can see TMDS_3 does not exist but there are TMDS clock pins which look very similar to the TMDS_x pins.

Greetings Martin

This is a typo in the TS3DV642 datasheet. TMDS_3+A/-A need to be labeled as TMDS_CLOCK+/-. Also, since TS3DV642 D0, D1, D2, and D3 are the same, you can route in any lane order as long as the output lane order matches with the input lane order.

    Thanks
