TCA9546A: TCA9546A SDA test condition

Vol is the output low voltage seen on the SDA line when the open-drain driver pulls the SDA line LOW. This Vol is set based on the pull-up strength of the resistor RL to VCC. 

A better idea of this might be present in figure 1 of the datasheet which shows the SDA output low voltage (VoL) vs. load current (IoL) at three different VCC levels.

The I²C specification requires all devices to work with 3 mA, and has an optional 6 mA mode with a relaxed output voltage limit for a 400 pF bus at 400 kHz. The datasheet just shows that both are supported.
