Page 4 data sheet states that Ri is 4K ohm min and 17 K ohm , what is maximum K ohms.
Is there more data for Ri for the parts that are being shipped

Hi Sunil,
We do not specify a maximum input impedance as designs should be designed for the lower impedance - as the lower impedance will have the most negative impact on the bus.
For impedance matching reasons on an RS-422 bus - the last receiver on the bus should be terminated with a 100 Ohm resistor between differential inputs (with transmission line characteristic impedance as close to 100 as possible to mitigate reflections) with the assumption that all non-terminated devices have stub lengths shorter than 1/10 of the rise time * signal propagation through transmission line/cable (should be a percentage of c - 70% to 75% of c are common values - but this is specific to the cable/trace used.)
The maximum input impedance could also vary on multiple factors so its hard to give a value for the max.
Is there a specific reason why you are concerned with the maximum input impedance that goes beyond what I explained above?
Best,
Parker Dodson
