DS92LV18: Differencial to single-ended by using baluns

Hi team, 

I have a question for technical option for DS92LV18/DS92LV16 SER/DES connection.

Because single STP(Shielded twisted pair) or twisted cable are not very common in market,

Using a 50ohm coaxial cable with BNC connector could be a better option for connectiong cable.

(Otherwise, need to prepare a special cable for it.)

I'm thinking use 100ohm <-> 50ohm balun for connection, like murata's HHM1591A2 (350-950MHz)

Can it be a workable solution? any advice?
