TCA9517-Q1: To find the tolerance of 1.1 mm max height

Hi Expert,

The TCA9517 is used the DGK package.

It defined the max height is 1.1 mm max.

The engineer is asking the tolerance of this spec.

Can we have the advice?

    Hi Eric,

    Sorry this request is taking long. This spec is usually not asked for in design. I have a packaging engineering working on this request. Generally, packaging teams follow the ePOD in the datasheet, and factory equipment has some process tolerances. 

    Is the max height not a good enough spec for the customer?
