Sorry for the delay in my response.

Here is the feedback on your schematic.

1. Please swap C3,4,5,6 from 0.1uF to 1nF each.
2. Strap configuration for RMII Slave seems to be incorrect. Since you are using Basic mode, please have pull up registers on RX_DV and COL and no pull on CRS. All other strap settings also look to be incorrect.
3. Please use C2 = 2nF

Other parts of the schematic look to be okay.

You can send us a final schematic once it is ready for review.

Hi Gokul,

Can you please confirm the RJ45 connector with Integrated magnetics (SI-60118-F) that we selected from BEL for this PHY and kindly let us know if there are any other concerns from your side regarding this. And also consider the oscillator part (ECS-2033-500-BN) from ECS and ESD Part (TPD4E05U06DQAR) from TI.
