Hi TI Team,
We set channel registers 0x2f to 0x62, such that the CDR will search through the divider factors from 1 to 8 automatically. We noticed in our system that the CDR can be set to operate at a wrong divider factor during its searching process, e.g. it's set to 4 when it should be 2. Is there a way for us to force the CDR to use a fixed divider value?

Hi Child,
If you are using one of these standard data rates, I suggest setting register 0x2F value to one of these in the table.
If you are using a nonstandard data rate or still have divider issues using a standards-based mode, then I suggest following this procedure to set the retimer to a fixed data rate and divider ratio.
