DP83822H: Memory structure Information

I need to define the memory structures for the DP83822H. Type of memory (RAM, ROM, etc...), size, and function. I believe these functions have some memory, but feel free to correct me:

MII Interface
TX Block
RX Block
Control registers

Can you help define these structures for me?

Hi Tim,

The control register descriptions are in the datasheet, with their values reset to default after each power cycle or chip reset.

I cannot define these memory structures beyond what is specified in the datasheet.
