TUSB2046I: Issue in USB detection

any more detail? upstream or down stream port? can you share schematic?

We are using hub IC(TUSB2046bvf) in our 8 port USB application,we are facing issues in detection of hub IC.USB is establishing the connection but after some time it is disconnect, Gives error USB device is not recognized please refer attached video and basic block diagram and for pinout & details please refer attached schematic and layout.

Now led (connected to suspend pin) is glowing but still facing same issue,after USB connected getting error USB device not recognized.we think that there are only two possibilities for this issue-1.Reset circuit inaccurate and 2.if host does not load hub class driver correctly.

I didn't see 27 ohm on DP/DM.

for reset, can you capture waveform for reset and VCC 3.3V?

for host driver, did you try different host, normally this is not issue.

suspend is output, you should conenct LED to Gnd.

Alsos did you see overcurrent goes low?
