TLIN1024A-Q1: Vsup1/2 datasheet inconsistencies

The proper connection of Vsup1/2 is confusing as the datasheet shows multiple ways to do that.   The connections for the pullups for commander mode are also not clear.

-  Figure 9-1 and Figure 12-1 show that Vsup1 and Vsup2 both need a connection to Vbatt through a diode and cap

-  Figure 10-1 shows Vsup2 not connected to Vbatt and the pullups on LIN3 and 4 are pulled up to Vsup1.

What is the proper way to connect Vsup1, Vsup2 and where should the pullups/diode be connected to for each of the 4 channels in Commander mode ?

    Jonathan,

    Figure 10-1 is incorrect, we will correct this. Figure 9-1 and 12-1 are the correct configurations. LIN 1 and 2 should be pulled up to VSUP1, and LIN 3 and 4 should be pulled up to VSUP2, if your VSUP rails are truly separate for VSUP1 and VSUP2. We have seen cases where customers use the same VSUP supply for both VSUP1 and VSUP2, and in that case all channels would be pulled up to the same supply.
