SN65LVDS4: Do you make a 500mhz LVCMOS to LVDS translator or buffer or converter?

Part Number: SN65LVDS4
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS90LV017A, SN65LVDS1, DS10BR150

Do you make a 500mhz LVCMOS to LVDS translator or buffer or converter?

All the ones I've found seem to top out at around 250Mhz or so.

Thanks,

  • Do you mean 500 MHz or 500 Mbps?

Drivers like the DS90LV017A or SN65LVDS1 support 600 Mbps.

If you want 500 MHz = 1000 Mbps, then you can use a repeater like the DS10BR150, and convert the single-ended input signal to a differential signal by connecting it to IN+, and VCC/2 to IN−. (At such high frequencies, you probably need to properly terminate the trace.)
