Do you make a 500mhz LVCMOS to LVDS translator or buffer or converter?
All the ones I've found seem to top out at around 250Mhz or so.

Do you mean 500 MHz or 500 Mbps?
Drivers like the DS90LV017A or SN65LVDS1 support 600 Mbps.
If you want 500 MHz = 1000 Mbps, then you can use a repeater like the DS10BR150, and convert the single-ended input signal to a differential signal by connecting it to IN+, and VCC/2 to IN−. (At such high frequencies, you probably need to properly terminate the trace.)
