Hi All,,

We are using Windows 10 OS and Labview version 2012 to test our BMS related products. Now, to program every BQ and do other test, we are using EV2400 black device and installed its updated driver version 0.28. Now, in one of our system its shows us the error of "PIPE NOT CREATED" related to this EV2400 device in Labview during programming, calibration and other tests.

Hello Yash,

TI EVM terms of sale do not allow use of EV2400 for production. Hence we cannot provide any support.

However the error seems unrelated to the firmware update. "PIPE NOT CREATED" errors are from Windows. You may want to check if Windows has enough resources or try rebooting the system.

We already tried with the new windows 10 system but still it shows me the same error, Can you specified what are the resources we have to check for better communication?

I also want to know that is there any specific command (Which I can use in command prompt) to reset EV2400 device ?

Hello Yash,

There is a button on the EV2400 box to reset it. There is nothing available from command prompt
