TUSB8041: input clock requirement, 50-ps p2p or 25-ps after USB 3.0 jitter transfer function

Part Number: TUSB8041

Hi Experts,

There is a note about input clock requirement as below on page 14.

The clock should have a <+-100ppm AND +-50ps p-2-p jitter or +-25ps p2p jitter after applying USB3.0 jitter transfer function.

The question is what is the "after applying USB3.0 jitter transfer function".  USB org documents says that jitter transfer function or JTF is to generate the recovered clock from that receiving data. How can user confirm if the clock jitter is less than 25-ps after applying USB3.0 jitter transfer function?
