Can you explain, which voltage is glitching? and do you have any measurement showing this voltage glitch?

Voltage glitch refers to the DESerializer RIN3+/RIN3- has a voltage jitter output ,without connecting to an external camera. The measured waveform has been added, thanksFPD Link III.zip

did you disable that port while it is not used? If you are not using any Rx port, you need to disable it in reg 0x0C. If you do not do that, the device's driver will be active and sending the back channel signal. Also, the trace will act as an antenna and collect noise and feed it to the device. hence, please disable any unused RX port.
