TCAN1043A-Q1: Mode Transition

Hi team,

I have a short question regarding the TCAN1043A inactive timeout.

If the transceiver is in sleep mode and receives a wake-up event on the bus, then transits to standby mode.
If the EN and NSTB both stay low, will the transceiver stay in standby mode for the t_inactive to expire (3-5min)?
Means it would keep the INH high for 3-5min?
After the timer expires (3-5min), it will transit back to sleep mode and INH will be low again.

Is it correct understanding?

    Muwei,

    Your understanding is correct. If there is no mode transition from the wake-up, the inactive timer will put the device back into sleep mode after a typical 4 minutes.
