DS90UB924-Q1: ALP can't recognize 924 EVM

Hi Vance,

Could you send a screenshot of what you are seeing? Are you saying that you have the DS90UB924 EVM plugged in and it is being recognized as the DS90UB928 EVM? 

There are a few things you can try:

• Make sure you are loading the correct ALP profile through the USB2ANY/Aardvark Setup in ALP. You can find how to do this in the DS90UB924-Q1EVM User's Guide under the section '1.12.1 ALP Loads the Incorrect Profile'.
• Also, make sure to power up the DS90UB924 *after* plugging it in to serializer.

Device window shows:

ALP Nano USB 1

    DS90UB928

    DS90UB941AS

there is no ALP Nano USB 1 in ALP profile setup window.

It would be really helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that way I know which exact window you are talking about. Did you try the steps under '1.12.1 ALP Loads the Incorrect Profile' to correct the DS90UB928 to the DS90UB924?

ALP profile setup window didn’t pop up when only DS90UB924 EVM connected.

It looks normal now.
