I would like to know if we have a Over voltage protection IC that is capable of protecting 1V supply rail? the OV protection should be able to disconnect the load from the source with mosfet when the voltage reached 1.1V.
The max current is 1A

Hi Marvin,
Our ESD protection diodes won't be able to clamp that low of a voltage with such little margin between the breakdown voltage (Vbr) and the working voltage (Vrwm)
There might be a load switch IC that is capable of this, I'll loop in the correct expert to comment.
