for TUSB2046:

1: need 27 ohm resistor on all DP/DM.

2; need 1.5k PU for DP0.

3; need 15k PD on all down stream ports

4; vbus should be 5v

if you add TPS2065 and TPS7A80 to part number, it will automatically goes to right group.
