    Xiaofu,

    We don't have any specific guidance on ground strategy, apart from the traditional advice to have a good ground path between the sensors and the device.
    Its not shown in your diagram, but the TPIC8101 will support differential input signals.

    Each channel has CHxP and CHxN connections that will support differential sensors, as shown on the left side of the figure below.
