TS3USB30E: different PUs on input and output

Hey,

We are using this switch with I2C signal to connect it to two different cameras.

The input I2C signal is pulled up to 3.3V while the cameras need 1.8V.

I was wondering if the input and outputs are buffered and so allow to connect the outputs with PU to 1.8V like in the pic below or is a level shifter needed?

you need AC cap on pin3 and 5.

Hey,

not sure how will this work, i simulated a representive circuit and if the caps are smaller than 1mF the signal looks bad, and in addition there is an undershoot that may impact the I2C signal
