Team,

where can I find the storage temperature range for this device?

My customer needs to know this for when the device is built into their application, NOT the storage temperature in the reel/tape.

    Hi,

    So the storage temperature when spec'd does specifically refer to reel/tape storage - I don't think we specify that specific value. If its on board the safest advise to refer to the max and min ambient values (-40C to 85C) as we don't guarantee a value beyond that for this device when its on board - so -40C to 85C is a safe ambient board temperature. This is very conservative and there may be some margin. Is there a particular storage (on board) temp need - please let me know!

    Thank you Parker! I understand that we only spec the reel/tape storage temperature.

    Where can I find the reel/tape storage temperature?

    My customer is asking about the lower end of the temperature and they need to be able to store at -55C.

    Hi Franz,

    Sorry for the delay - so we don't have a specific low temperature storage temperature spec'd for the device - but most likely it is -65C. This is because the max is 150C based on our high temperature storage bake and we perform thermal cycling tests that vary between -65C and 150C - but as an official "min" temperature it doesn't look like we have a specific value. However based on testing we have done I do think storing at -55C really shouldn't damage the device.
