Please send me the HBM data for SN75176BP.

It was not listed in the data sheet.

    Hi Shingu,

    I am not sure why its not listed - I think there may have been a missed issue in the last revision as it should have been added a couple revisions ago as listed in the change log - but the old datasheets also do not have it listed. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 

    Anyway HBM and CDM data shown below:

    HBM: +/-15kV for bus terminals and GND +/-4kV for other pins.

    CDM: +/-1kV 

    These values are guaranteed by design and not through test.
