Hello,
My customer is looking for information about package dimensional tolerances and the maximum pressure or compressive forces that can be applied to the top of the packages for possible top cooling/heat sink applications.
THanks,
Adam

Hi Adam,
Package tolerance information can be found here: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/msoi002k/msoi002k.pdf?ts=1677863201332&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FSN65HVD1782-Q1
We don't have compressive pressure information - the only "pressure" related tests I know we perform are specifically for bond wires (wire shear test and wire pull test) but not compressive pressure.
What is the pressure that the customer is wanting to apply (max)? I can ask internally on my team if there is any educated guess on an estimate, but we don't have solid data for this point.
Please let me know!
Best,
Parker Dodson
