Dear expert,
I am not able to find the recommended soldering profile and ESD spec (Machine Model) for TPD1E01B04DPYR device.
Can you help to advice?
Best regards,

Hi Felix,
We recommend following JEDEC standards for soldering profiles, please see the below app notes:
Regarding the machine model spec, we don't typically spec that since this diode is designed for system level IEC ESD protection. What is the application here?

Sebastian
hi Sebastian,
To be exact: it is a musical calibration tool for tone tuning, sliding and tact switching.
Hi Felix,
Interesting application, if you could share some schematics that would be much appreciated!
In regard to the Machine Model, this ESD model was made to simulate discharges between equipment coming into contact with sockets in manufacturing environments.
The TPD1E01B04 provides up to +/-15 kV ESD protection from an IEC 61000-4-2 pulse which has a much higher peak current and pulse length compared to a machine model pulse.
This is depicted below, the machine model will have a lower peak current than the CDM model and a pulse length similar to the HBM model.

Sebastian
