Can you get me TUSB522P (USB3 re-driver) package value for IBIS-AMI or Package touchstone file(.SNP) ?

I want to check this package effect information and then to correlation...

Because TUSB522P IBIS-AMI it doesn't have PKG value in here,  i'm concerned it correlation not match reason of failure
