I would like to know J-STD-002 test results of TRS3253EIRSMR. I checked the qualification summary, but I couldn't confirm tne J-STD-002 test results for this device.

Hi Riki,

I wouldn't use that document as it is for a different variant of QFN package that isn't exactly the same as this one.
