TLK105L: The LED LINK indicator does not flash, and the upper computer cannot catch the data packet.

I can help with checking out the schematic, but I must preface support with the fact that any support regarding TLK105L is limited to datasheet only due to device status (NRND). The occurrence rate of this is 0.0075% correct? So I can understand, the DUT cannot linkup with its link partner, however when the chip is changed, the issue is resolved. Does the link partner also record no link being seen? Are you seeing register for link being shown as low through various reads?

Can you please explain what you mean by "Change the chip to test OK"?

Sorry，I made a mistake，The TLK105L can link up with its partner.It’s the LED2X in the schematic does not flash，and the master cannot get the data。If I change a new TLK105L，the issue will be resolved. after this, I solder the TLK105L which was taken from the issued board to a board which worked well，there will be the same issue.

May this issue cause the failure rate rise？
By the way，This issue was found during the production test , not after a long time use.
