    Hi Motoki,

    The datasheet has changed overtime - please see section 4 on pages 2 and 3 of datasheet for details on specification changes -  the last spec change in the datasheet was in 2008 and specs were added (ESD specifications) in 2012 - but it doesn't look like there have been spec additions or changes since then.
