DS26LV31T: What is main different point between DS26LV31TMX/NOPB and AM26LV31EI?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is producing many their products with DS26LV31TMX/NOPB.
They received PCN of EOL of  DS26LV31TMX/NOPB a few week ago. The PCN says that AM26LV31EI is recommended to replace DS26LV31TMX/NOPB.
I found AM26LV31EI 1ku price was low than DS26LV31TMX/NOPB. But I couldn't find big difference of AM26LV31EI compare with DS26LV31TMX/NOPB except the price.
What is main different point between DS26LV31TMX/NOPB and AM26LV31EI?

    HI Kazuya,

    From a performance point of view they are extremely similar and you can replace the DS26LV31TMX/NOPB with the AM26LV31EI and shouldn't see issues in performance. 

    It is cheaper though - however this lower cost is not due performance degradation from the DS26LV31TMX/NOPB - most likely due to process technology differences  the AM26LV31EI is more cost effective for us to make and therefore we pass savings onto customers. Performance wise there are no major differences.
