TCA9517-Q1: Back-Powering

Hi,

My customer is wondering about TCA9517 back-powering whether it happens from VCCB to VCCA with following condition or not?

1. Both I2C side have Pull-up to their VCC
2. EN is tied to VCCB + VCCB is ON + VCCA is OFF
