I checked the reliability test data, but I could not confirm it because there was no mention of the latch-up test.

Could you tell me the latch-up test result of TPD4E05U06DQAR?

    Hi Yutaro,

    This device doesn't have a risk for latch up since it's not a deep snapback diode. Latch up only applies for diodes with deep snapback where the holding voltage (Vh) goes way below the breakdown voltage (Vbr) near the working voltage (Vrwm).
