TS3USB221: Timing request

1.Does TS3USB221 have timing requirement for S/OE?

Are you asking about Is the question referring to propagation delay? If so, tpd is 25 ns typically. See section 6.8 and 6.9 for line enable/disable times.

2. If the OE=H, in disconnect mode is the 1D/2D/D are floating?

Switch is disabled in this mode and D+, D- signal will not be communicated to 1D or 2D.
