Hi,

In product folder of SN55LVDS31/33, there is radiation test report. However there is no 5962Rxxx part number. There is only 5962-xxx.

Could you let me know why there is no 5962Rxxx?

Is there any plan for 5962Rxxx?

Hello David,

Where do you see a 5962Rxxx part number mentioned at? We only have 5962-xxx for the SN55LVDS31/33-SP, we have no "R" version

Hi Joshua,

I thought that if it has radiation test report, it can be 5962Rxxx.

5962-xxx mean military part.

My customer would like to adopt LVDS in satellite but this device has only 5962-xxx option.

So I'm checking if this part can be 5962Rxxx.

Hello David,

Not necessarily. This device is rated for Space (TID: 150krad and SEL: 110 MeV) and comes in a ceramic package.
