We are using the USB CC controller TUSB321RWB with the USB MUX HD3SS3212RKS for meeting the functionality of the USB DFP port. Connected the load switch (limiting the current to 0.9A) to meet the requirement of the Type C functionality where our board will act as host only (DFP mode).
I have a few queries on the multiple scenarios where I need confirmation on whether this design will work or not and what will be the performance -
1. Carrier Board(DFP) connected to another Host(DFP) using C to C cable
2. Carrier Board(DFP) connected to another Host(DFP) using A to C cable
3. Carrier Board(DFP) connected to another Device(UFP) using A to C cable
4. Carrier Board(DFP) Connected to the OTG cable.
