DS90UB914A-Q1: I2C logic level '0' above the datasheet maximum

Good morning,

We are using the DS90UB914 in our design and we are verifying the interfaces. When measuring the I2C signals voltage levels we have the unexpected behaviour that the logic level '0' on both SDA and SCL is at 500mV.

In the datasheet and in the I2C specification, the low voltage should be between 0 and 400mV.

Both SDA and SCL are pull-up with 1kOhms resistors to the same power supplie as VCCIO (3.3VDC).

Thermal pad (VSS), pin 43 and pin 44 (RES) are all together connected to the same ground.

We are also using component DS90UB947 on the same I2C link but it does not have this behaviour.

Have you ever experienced this issue ?
