Can we don't add the RIN AC-coupling capacitors if use STP and don't use POC?

    Hi Iris,

    You will still need the AC coupling capacitors as it is part of the design and pin requirements (Table 5-1 Pin Functions). The SER/DES supports only AC-coupled interconnects - please see 8.2.1 Design Requirements for more detail.
