We use TI's ALP software to set and connect the board according to the steps, and then read the register of the TI board. As shown in the following figure, the value of the 0x00 register should have been displayed as 0x18, but now the ALP software displays as 00

Hello,

are these the only two boards you have? or have you tested another boards and they work as expected?

Did you compare the jumpers settings and make sure these match the working boards?

We also have normal TI boards, which can be recognized by ALP software normally. We also compared the configurations of all jumpers and found that ALP software cannot recognize them even when they are consistent with regular boards
