The part number SN65LVDS93A-Q1 does not include an "I".

The "I" in the orderable part number SN65LVDS93AIDGGRQ1 indicates the temperature range.

Hi Clemens,

that is interesting. Both devices have the same Temp range. Why has the catalog device no "I" in the suffix? Any specific reason?

Hi Christian,

The "I" only appears in the orderable part number for the SN65LVDS93A-Q1 and never appears in the OPN for the SN65LVDS93A. The key difference between these two parts is that the -Q1 version is rated for automotive usage.

The operating temperature range only reaches 85C because this is a temperature Grade 3 part.
