Customer would like to design SN75DP159 in the internal board on DP to HDMI2.1 TMDS application.

Would you please help review block diagram and provide your comments?

Will TDP0604 or TDP1204 be better solution here?

Is the CPU output DP or DP++? DP159 can only support DP++ to HDMI, but not DP to HDMI. Could you please check and verify?

it is DP++ from source side.

Will TDP0604 or TDP1204 be better solution here?

Both DP159 or TDP0604 can support this design. Is the connector a DP connector? If so, can they take a EVM and compare the performance between the two?
