Hi team,

Could you provide the typical supply current for Standby/Sleep Mode in TCAN11623-Q1? The datasheet only specified the maximum value .

    Hi Muwei,

    I was able to look into the characterization data for this device. Please note that we cannot guarantee any of these values as they do not appear on the datasheet. They should only be used as reference values for nominal conditions. 

    The typical Isup(STB) current in the data appears to be around 80uA. 
    It's more difficult to determine the Isup(Sleep) typical here, but I would estimate around 30uA.
