My customer is wondering does we have SN65HVD1780's Android or Linux source driver code can provide ?

If not, how can customer use it ?

They should can find the open resource from the Google ?

The SN65HVD1780 is a plain transceiver and works on the electrical level; it does not directly interface with software and does not need a driver.

The R/D pins will be connected to a device that actually transmits and/or receives data, most likely a UART. You need to care about that device.

Kai,

Clemens is correct, we do not have any Android or Linux drives for RS485, but also the drivers would work with the controller, and not the transceiver. The transceiver merely translates the logic signals from the controller into a differential bus signal.
