We got the AMI IBIS and run some simulation to see the pulse response. Based on the pulse response we have some questions as following. The first question is re-driver with channel, the second one is re-driver only.
1.The pulse response with channel loss is very noisy. It seems there are high frequency things like noise on the pulse. We want to know what is that.
2. If we run the re-driver only to generate the pulse response, we can see the pulse is like a step pulse and the EQ is like an FIR not CTLE. Why this happens?
