In the HBM ESD test according to JEDEC JS-001, the 100 pF capacitor is completely discharged (through a 1.5 kΩ resistor). The time is not specified, but if you view the R-C circuit as a low-pass filter, its time constant is 150 ns.

There are not other specifications. The absolute maximum ratings must not be exceeded, not even for a short time.

The DS26LV31T is not recommended for new designs. Consider the AM26LV31E instead.

The DI and EN pins are driver inputs; the DO pins are driver outputs.
