DS90UB953-Q1: What's the difference between RHB0032P and RHB0032U

I find that in the datasheet of DS90UB953-Q1, there are two different packages: RHB0032P and RHB0032U

Could you please help to explain the difference between RHB0032P and RHB0032U?

The datasheet has RHB0032P information on pages 75–77, the same RHB0032P information repeated on p. 83–85, and RHB0032U on p. 86–88.

The U package has wettable flanks; see this blog.

There are only two part number on the 953 specification, and it seems that only the package Qty is different.

Are these two both RHB0032U?

There are two manufacturing sites. But it would not make sense to not guarantee that you can buy devices with wettable flanks. If I'd have to guess, I'd suspect that all devices are RHB0032U, and that the package information in the datasheet is outdated.

Yes, Clemens is right. Both part numbers are with Wettable flanks.
