Unfortunately, we cannot give this out as it is proprietary information. If this is for reliability (failure rate) calculations, here is the MTBF calculator on our website you can use to get an estimate.

You can submit a customer support request for a PPAP report which will include this information.

Hello Jack,

Yes, it is for the failure rate calculations. The MTBF calculator gives FIT for the technology node and not the whole IC. (Correct me if I am wrong)

Where can I support customer support request to get PPAP?

Hey Dhruv,

Yes you are correct- could you also provide the supply voltages in which you need the calculation for? I can provide the FIT rate calculations based on the provided info (it looks like the PPAP report wont give you the right info).

The supply voltage to IC is 3.3V.

Hello Dhruv,

Based on the VCC you have provided, I was able to calculate the FIT Rates with the internal calculator. My results are as below:
Total FIT Rate: 13

Die FIT Rate: 2

Package FIT Rate: 11
