TUSB8041: Doesn't detect USB based SDR device

Hello all,

I am using this product:

The TUSB8041 is detected.
The issue is, that some of devices connected to the TUSB8041 device are not detected, while others do.
The device of interest is a USRP B210, with USB chipset  CYUSB3014 BZXI 2101, which is not detected when connected to the downstream device.
What is odd to me is that a similar device (BladeRF A9 from Nuand) with USB chipset CYUSB3014 BZXI 2019 can get detected.
Does anyone have some insights on why, some devices are not detected?
